WHAT YOU NEED TO WORK WITH US:

  1. You are Registered for workers compensation insurance (WSIB) or waiver if you are owner/operator, preferably you have your own Sub- contractors evidence of $1M general liability insurance.
  2. Excellent track record of finishing ON TIME and with HIGH QUALITY.
  3. At least three projects that we can verify for quality and cleanliness.
  4. Great communication skills. That means being available on the phone and or return ALL  calls from head office promptly (like within the hour).
  5. Trustworthy, you are a man of your word and take pride at what you do.
